The Player Development Committee (PDC) is accepting applications for new members.  Information for the committee is on the application below. 

The Player Development Committee’s mission is to provide oversight of the hockey program. It is committed to improving the skills of each and every player within the River Lakes Hockey Association

Requirements to be considered for a PDC position:

• Minimum of two years coaching experience–this may be in the association or from another organization.

• Minimum of two years of River Lakes Hockey membership

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Have an understanding of the game of hockey, and the progression of skills needed for players at all levels to be successful and continue to develop.

Applications will be solicited in February each year for PDC applicants. All applicants are invited to the March PDC meeting to take part in the interview process. Each candidate will be asked the same set of questions.
